We have started "school" with Caleb, as he has been begging to do SCHOOL with the big kids. So, during breakfast, I read to him out of a kids Bible story book. He loves to look at the pictures and discuss the story.
We got to the story of Joseph in Egypt...the story about his brothers coming before him to buy food.
Caleb asks, "Why him brothers go to Egypt to get food? They should go to Target. Target has good food to buy."
And, my favorite...about Moses. In the story of the burning bush, God gave Moses a message to tell Pharoah, "LET MY PEOPLE GO." We talked about the story awhile, then as we were closing our time together, I quizzed Caleb,
"Okay, Caleb, what did God tell Moses to say to Pharoah?"
Caleb replies, "LET GO OF ME, YOU PEOPLE!!!"
Gotta love it.
